Francesco Grassetti is the founder of Wheels Legal Advice. He is an Italian qualified lawyer with over 15 years’ experience in supporting clients of international and dynamic sectors, with a main focus on aviation, yachting and classic cars. Before founding his own practice, Francesco worked for reputable commercial law firms in the United States and Italy and then he was a partner of the Italian leading aviation law firm Pierallini for years.
Within the air transport industry he regularly assists clients on purchase, sale, leasing and financing transactions of aircraft and helicopters, including single aircraft and multi-aircraft portfolios. Sara Mattiussi is a tax advisor and certified accountant admitted to practice since 2007. Sara worked for years at the corporate and transaction tax department of Ernst & Young in Rome, where she has acquired a significant experience on a broad range of business management, economics, finance, tax, accounting, administrative and commercial matters.

Sara’s client base includes publicly traded companies, privately held businesses, recognized professionals, high-net worth individuals and families. Examples of her expertise comprise domestic and cross-border sales and acquisitions, tax-efficient business and investment structures for several industries, tax treaty planning and rationalization matters.
